I'm Nic Serway — an e-commerce copywriter with a background in Finance, Business Analytics, and Sociology. That combination isn't accidental. Understanding how people behave, why they buy, and what the data says about it is exactly what separates copy that converts from copy that just fills a page.
My sociology background taught me to read the motivations behind consumer decisions. My analytics training taught me to measure what's actually working. Together, they shape copy built to re-imagine how a brand communicates — not just polish the words already there, but rethink the whole approach from the customer's perspective outward.
I work with growing DTC brands that need words to do real work: open rates to climb, add-to-carts to spike, abandoned carts to recover. I take on 3–4 projects a month so every client gets full attention — not a template and a rushed turnaround.
